This is probably the hardest semester of my life. I have 5 exams which all require extensive memorization. All my close friends know better than to mess with me at this stressfull time…haha joking…no but really…dont do it…

MY MY!!! What a crazy fun weekend!! We took a limo bus to Montreal. All of us were sooo excited but I was tired and passed out on the bus from doing school work previous night because I was going to miss two days of school. Our hotel room was sooooooooo nice and our beds were the most comfortable thing I’ve ever experienced in my life! We were staying in the same hotel as many CFL players. As soon as we arrived in Montreal we went straight to our hotel rooms to change and had to be on our way to work an event ASAP! The whole weekend we had to hit up a few places a day signing posters and taking pictures! My hand almost fell off signing posters day and night at different places!!

I must say taxi drivers are very very rude in Montreal! Not only are they rude but this one cabby took us to the wrong place on purpose and left us there after we said it was the wrong place, and had the nerve to include the tip of almost %50 on the receipt! So we get out in front of Sheridan hotel and we just see about 200 people just banging on the glass from the other side screaming for us! I thought they were going to break all the windows! it was sooo funny!! We run inside everyone started screaming and cheering! Even though we were at the wrong place we had to sign a few posters while waiting for another cab to take us to the RIGHT place!

That was one of the healthiest meals I’ve eaten in my life

A big part of our job is talking to random people. So I so happen to start talking to this guy. I’m like “whats your name?” He introduced himself, he was very nice etc. After I walked away one of my friends told me that’s Kerry Joseph Argos Quarterback haha damnn I dont think a lot of people ask his name and dont know who he is besides silly me!

Overall, the weekend was amazing!! I wish I spoke French!

For all the football fans!! I am one of the girls who are going to Montreal this weekend on Nov 21 to be one of the pro player girls for the GREY CUP event! I am soooo excited! We just did a photoshoot so we can sign posters when we get to Montreal. Each girl will get 5000 posters to give away this weekend. I’m scared for my hand hehe. The photoshoot was soooo much fun!! I worked the night before, so when I got there at 9am I was exhausted! Once I found out that I’m working with the girls who I know and love we got really hyper and got sooo silly!!! You can tell by the pictures…haha. We got sooo much free stuff from Reebok such as shoes, sweaters, etc…but of course my mom took it all once I got home haha. I’m sooo excited!!

The day before Halloween me and my girls worked at a Glu Halloween Party! It was a party for all the cell phone game developers from huge companies such as Rogers, Telus, Bell, etc. We were the hostesses! It was so much fun… sometimes I can’t believe I get paid for the stuff we get hired to do! All the costumes were sooo awsome that we couldnt help but role play and goof around, keep the crowed entertained!! At this event, they had a dance competition. They chose random people to come up and dance and the winner gets a prize. Well, as it never fails, someone got drunk and spilled a drink all over the floor. People who were coming up to compete in the competition were all slipping and falling!! It was soooo funny because they would fall, get up and keep dancing with wet butts!! hehe here are some pictures!!

HIT IT GIRLS!!!

It was my biggest pleasure to be a part of a Fundraiser Fashion Show for Arthritis Society. The clothing line we were modeling is called Gsus. I must say, one of the best clothing lines I’ve seen in Toronto. It was really fun because the girls and the guys were awsome!

Also funny awkward situation…So one of the male models Adam looked very farmiliar and I couldnt put my finger on it. He comes up to me and we start talking and it turns out he used to work for this agency that I once worked for. He was pretty much my boss back then but I only met him once. Things didnt work out because he was trying to send me on a job which first promised to pay $1500. However, with every email I’ve received from him, the pay kept going lower and lower until it was $13/hr for a blackberry promo!! I refused to do it for that amount and he pretty much said that I have to do the crappy jobs before I could do the high paying jobs. I got very offended because I’ve done my share of crappy jobs and I’ve got way too much experience and way too much personality to be doing such a low paying job! So he said if I dont do the job then he’ll never hire me again and I said..suck it..haha no kidding I just explained that I am not comfortable with that type of promo and etc but we did end up arguing and havent spoken since. So at the fashion show we were actually laughing about the whole thing and made peace of course! He turned out to be a very very nice guy!!! I guess first impressions do change!
